Luckily, returns are easy whether you bought your item online or in a store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ann Taylor return policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ann Taylor accepts returns or exchanges for clothes that are unworn, unwashed, or defective. If the item is Final Sale on the return date, it isn\u2019t eligible for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If your item goes on sale within seven days of purchase, you can get one price adjustment with your receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Holiday returns <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can return purchases made between Nov. 12, 2025, through Dec. 24, 2025, through Jan. 31, 2026. Returns will be credited for the price paid in the original form of tender when you have valid receipt for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you make in-store gift purchases between Nov. 12, 2025 and Dec. 24, 2025, you can return them through Jan. 31, 2026 with a valid gift receipt. You will receive a merchandise credit of the price paid, or you can get a merchandise exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Store returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you bought something at an Ann Taylor store, it can only be returned to an Ann Taylor store. Factory store purchases must be returned to a Factory store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bring your receipt if you want a refund to your original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns without a receipt or made after 30 days will get store credit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift returns will get store credit or an exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A valid photo ID is required to receive or use merchandise credit in stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you purchased online, Ann Taylor offers two easy return options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 1: Return in person<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start your return online and choose \u201cVisit a Store.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll get an email with a return slip or QR code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring your item and the slip to any Ann Taylor store, and they\u2019ll handle it at the counter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 2: Mail it back<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start your return online to print a prepaid return label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pack your items with the return invoice and drop them off at UPS or USPS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you use the prepaid label, $8.95 will be taken out of your refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also ship the package yourself using your own postage, but that usually takes longer to process.
