Defective or damaged items can be returned at any time, and you can bring them to an Old Navy or Old Navy Outlet store for help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can\u2019t be returned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A few things can\u2019t be returned or exchanged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items marked \u201cFinal Sale\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swimwear without the original tags or hygienic liner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sunglasses without original tags (unless defective)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items labeled \u201cMail Only\u201d online<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Old Navy kids\u2019 guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Old Navy stands behind the quality of its kids\u2019 clothes and shoes. If any Girls or Boys items develop a defect like holes, broken zippers, or tears, within one year of purchase, you can get a refund for the price paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds require your receipt or shipping confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns without a receipt follow Old Navy\u2019s standard policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This guarantee doesn\u2019t apply to accessories or damage caused by wear, accidents, or stains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to return or exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In stores<\/strong>. Bring your item and receipt to any Old Navy or Old Navy Outlet store. It\u2019s the fastest way to get your refund or exchange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>By mail<\/strong>. Online returns are free. You can start your return online, print a prepaid shipping label, or use a QR code at a drop-off point for an easy return. Exchanges are also free and handled through the same process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that store purchases can\u2019t be mailed back, and online items marked \u201cMail Only\u201d can\u2019t be returned in-store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gift returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gifts can be returned, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With a gift receipt or invoice, you\u2019ll get a gift card for the purchase price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Without a receipt or invoice, you\u2019ll receive a merchandise certificate for the item\u2019s current selling price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds and payment methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are usually made to your original form of payment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit card refunds go back to the same card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift card refunds go to the same card or a new one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PayPal and Apple Pay refunds return to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afterpay refunds go back through Afterpay once your return is processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rewards used on a purchase are credited back to your account as points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds include taxes originally paid. If your refund goes back to a credit card, your bank may take up to 10 business days to post it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TikTok shop returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you bought something from Old Navy through TikTok Shop, returns must be made in the TikTok app. Go to your orders, select the item, and follow the return steps.
