Return window <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can return or exchange most items within 60 days of purchase as long as they\u2019re unused, unwashed, and still have proof of purchase. Refunds go back to your original form of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n

Holiday returns <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

During the holidays, the window is longer. Purchases made between Oct. 1, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025, can be returned until Jan. 31, 2026, or within 60 days of the purchase date, whichever gives you more time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning something bought in a store<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Items bought in an Eddie Bauer store must be returned in person at one of the store locations. Bring your receipt if you have it. If you\u2019re an Adventure Rewards member, the staff can look up the purchase for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning online purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Most online purchases can be returned either in store or by mail within 60 days. There are a few exceptions though. Some products, like tents, sleeping bags, home goods, and women\u2019s swimsuits, must be mailed back instead of brought to a store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
