No worries. Macy\u2019s makes returns simple, whether you shopped online or in-store. Here\u2019s what to know before you start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you can make a return <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Macy’s refunds return-eligible items if you bring or mail them back within 30 days of purchase. Your original shipping fees are not refunded, and the items must be in original condition with tags still attached. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can return gently used makeup or fragrance products if they didn\u2019t work out for you.<\/p>\n\n\n

You can return items purchased between Oct. 6, 2025 and Dec. 31, 2025 until Jan. 31, 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
