I know the score \u2014 you want UGG boots<\/a>, but you can’t or won’t swallow the steep price tag. I get it. We’ve been pretty rough on UGGs here at Budget Fashionista for two main reasons: the price is one reason, and the other is the styling, which is something of an acquired taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

But UGGs do have their benefits. They’re supremely comfortable and warm, which is  practically a lifesaver during a Midwest or East Coast winter. I recently received a pair of fake UGGs<\/a> as a gift and I must say, I’m a convert. Mine are Bearpaws, considered the best of fake UGGs brands, and I wear them almost daily when it’s cold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’ve never had UGGs before, skip the real UGG price tag and go for one of these cheaper brands. You’ll spend a lot less and won’t even know the difference from the real thing. Also, fake UGGs are far easier to find than cheap UGGs<\/a> (the real ones).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best fake uggs brands<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bearpaws<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bearpaw is my top choice for a fake UGG brand. I have a pair of the tall boots in camel and they are fabulously comfortable, like a pair of giant slippers. The tall and mid boots generally retail for around $60 or less, but you can find them on sale in the $40s at 6pm.com and other online retailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kirkland by Costco <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

September through December, you can usually find Kirkland Shearling boots at Costco for around $40. The rest of the year, you can pick up Kirkland boots on eBay. These mimic the classic UGG styling, so they’re a good choice for traditionalists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toms (Nepal boot)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Who doesn’t love the TOMS brand mission to provide shoes for those who need them? These Nepal boots are more of a mountain style, but they have an UGG-like feel to them. This pair normally retails for $98, but 6pm tends to have them priced much lower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Koolaburra by ugg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can sometimes find the Koolaburra boot for exactly $75 when it’s on sale. Koolaburra is UGG’s lower-priced line \u2014 perhaps they got so tired of the knock-offs that they put out their own wallet-friendly UGG. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Koolaburra’s look just like the classic UGG. The regular price on the short boot is about $90 and the tall boot is $100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tips on finding your own style<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You could try searching for “fake UGGs,” but that won’t yield a lot of results on a shoe retailer’s website. On Zappos, for example, this search returns no results and even the suggested options are hit-and-miss. Instead, try searching your fav shoe site for “tall shearling boots” or “short shearling boots.” This generally provides some relevant results. Once you click through to a boot that’s close to what you want, take note of the “related products.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
