Self-Portrait made its London debut in 2013 with a collection Vogue described as “feminine, urban-inspired pieces with leather and lace signatures.\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The man behind these girly, gorgeous frocks is Han Chong, an artist-turned-fashion-designer. Chong studied and practiced fine art before landing a gig in the fashion industry. With his feet wet as a designer, he sought out formal training at the prestigious Central Saint Martins in London. After graduating, he co-founded an online store and, later, launched Self-Portrait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
