The stores double charge and say they don’t believe you when you go to them for a refund. Trying to deal with their customer service is a nightmare. The only way to deal with problems is filing a dispute with the bank which takes 2 weeks.

These clothes look great when you leave the store but the quality isn’t there. My down jacket is 4 months old and fraying at the edges. zippers break and the fabric gets splotchy as it fades in spots. I think of clothes as an investment and this isn’t worth the price tag even on sale.
