Getting deals is always fun. Getting goodies on sale or on clearance in the actual department store is good, but a lot of the time you can get them at discount stores that get overstock or that have minor damages. The TJX stores are a great example, although a lot of online places have them as well. Shop around, lovelies. There are so many deals and steals to be had.

On a side note: I love Isaach Mizrahi. I remember when his line first came into Target stores, and I was blown away by the style at such an affordable price. It’s nice to know that those of us with tight budgets can dress well for less.

Is there any chance that we could have an updated version of this? As a lot of these lines are seemingly discontinued and I just recently started paying to stuff like this and an up to date guide would be nice.

MICHEAL and Simply Vera are not really on my list when I go “discount designer lines” shopping because as you have said, even if their tanks, tees and tops are on sale, they are still not affordable. I shop for Norma Kamali line, DKNY, Kenneth Cole Reaction, M & Betsey Johnson.

The best thing about shopping designers on sale is that, I feel great walking on the street and get compliments on my clothes knowing the I only got them for half the actual price!

I think the article was cut off at the end? The last line reads, ..., but Johnson’s rep confirmed this much last month: that
