Also, Chlorine and Vitamin C are not absorbed by the skin, so you are adding product X to neutralise a product Y that actually does not penetrate your skin anyway. Plus the amount of Chlorine in your water is not going to cause a problem.
Now if you want a pressure shower head to blast yourself, fair enough but I think the vitamin C/chlorine is just snake oil to be honest.
