The comforter has never been washed or dry cleaned; however, the “fill” of the comforter has shifted and I now have several lumps – I am extremely disappointed with this comforter and it looks horrible on the bed. I feel that the store should stand behind the quality of the spread. I’d like to return it to the store where it was purchased, and I feel that I should be compensated in some way. Please advise.
P.S. I purchased a “bed in a bag” from TJ Maxx about 10 years ago – comforter, shams, sheets, dust ruffle – the comforter is still in perfect condition – ? I paid $50 for that bed in a bag.
